COVID-19 Return Policy
Thank you for your patience during these uniquely challenging times. Our team at Imperium Watches is committed to the safety of our customers, our staff, and those individuals involved in our shipping process.
Due to the current circumstances, we are not allowing returns at this time. After your order is received, we no longer have any control over who the product comes into contact with. In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved, we have decided that not accepting returns is the safest way to proceed. We encourage that, before you make your purchase, you recognize that all sales are final until further notice.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that you remain safe and healthy during these uncertain times.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your product to decide if you'd like to return the product. We allow this much time in order to allow for purchases made as a gift to be received by the gift-recipient. If you are unsatisfied with your order, and are within the 30 day time frame, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will walk you through the return process from there.
Any item that you wish to return must meet certain requirements.
-Product must be in unworn/unused condition
-All accessories and packaging material must be included in the return package
When returning your product within the proper timeframe, there are 3 options. We will discuss whether you would like to choose a different product, get another one of the same product (if it was defective or damaged), or get a refund for your purchase price.
Q: Due to COVID-19, are you currently offering returns?
A: We are not offering returns at this time. We encourage you to read the notice at the top of this page for further details on this matter.
Q: How long do I have to make a return?
A: You have 30 days from when you receive the product. We allow this much time because we know there are a lot of customers who give our products as gifts. This should allow for any time in between your receiving of the order and the gift recipient's receiving of the product.
Q: My product was received damaged. How should I proceed?
A: If the product you received was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will discuss the next steps we will need to take to get you taken care of as quickly as possible!
Q: I received the wrong product. How should I proceed?
A: We apologize! While we strive for 100% accuracy in fulfilling orders, at the end of the day we are only human! Please contact us ASAP so we can get the correct product shipped to you!
